How many times do you find yourself stressed because you can’t decide where to focus your attention?

Your work needs you.
Your spouse needs you.
Your kids need you.
Your community organization needs you.
Your rotary club needs you.
Your church needs you.

The list goes on and on. But let me ask you this…what do YOU need?

You need rest.
You need renewal.
You need a break.
And yet, you need to get things done. What to do?
I’m going to make this so easy for you!

All you need to do is simply:
1) Take 5 minutes to sit down and write out ALL of the things that need to get done.
2) Write your 3 most high-priority things at the top of your list
3) Start tackling your #1 task. Just start. Nike says, “Just do it.” I say “Nike the crap out of it!”

Don’t over-think this. You have all the power to be in charge of your list, and to execute on those items, even when it doesn’t feel that way. If you’ve ever seen the movie, Dangerous Minds, you may remember Michelle Pfeiffer saying “It may not be a choice that you like, but you do have a choice.”

Make a choice today. Choose your priorities. Live a life of freedom.
Take up your weapon and slay stress for the last time!
